Guidelines for filing a claim:
- Depending on the issue, and to expedite the claim, you may be asked for evidence of the defect through a photograph or short video.
- Proof of purchase showing the item was purchased in NEW condition from an authorized seller is required for all warranty claims.
- Shipping charges may apply when filing a warranty claim.
- Please allow 3 to 5 days for your claim to be reviewed and approved.
A note about unauthorized sellers:
Pelican Outdoor does not offer its warranty, refunds, or credits on products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
